- Delivery Timeline
Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, a good range to keep in mind would be 2-6 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 2-3 working days for delivery. For Tier 2, Tier 3 cities & Rural areas it might take up to 4-6 working days.
- Replacement Policy
At BluBags, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a 14-day replacement policy under the following conditions: Eligibility for Replacement: You must request a replacement within 10 days of receiving the product. Only manufacturing defects will be considered for replacement. Wear and tear, accidental damage, or mishandling are not covered under this policy. How to Request a Replacement: Contact our customer support team at support@blubags.in. Provide your order details and clear images/videos of the defect. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the product. Note: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Shipping Fee
Shipping Fee within India: We provide free shipping on prepaid orders across India. However, for Cash on Delivery orders, there is a flat shipping fee of Rs 100 that will be charged.It’s important to note that the shipping fee is non-refundable, even if the order is canceled or returned. The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
- If Parcel Gets Damaged
If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care or mail us at suport@blubags.in mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
